Welcome to CAFM Cloud
What CAFM Cloud is, who uses it, and the main areas you'll work in.
What is CAFM Cloud?
CAFM Cloud is the platform your team signs into every day to run facility operations — logging issues, managing work orders, tracking assets, and keeping stock under control. It's built for everyone from a front-desk employee reporting a broken light, to a technician working through their job list, to a manager reviewing what's happening across every site.
ℹ️
This section is a reference for how CAFM Cloud works — its features and the flow of everyday work — not a step-by-step manual for every screen.
Who uses it, and for what
